I am just checking on you! I hope all is well. I can't wait to get back to my exercising. My right leg/knee is still getting medical attention; however,this too shall pass! LOL! When I do come back, I'll be sure to try your class again. (smile) You can't get rid of me that easy.

Hey Isom, man I feel much better now for some reason I was feeling ill but hopefully I will do better on the next wrkout, besides that being the only guy I can't be punking out right lol! My body gotta get adjusted and I must change my diet, one thing I was going to ask is that by me being a trk driver do you have any ideas on the type of snack foods I can have that won't interfere with me trying to lose weight?
Well, things are great! Just continuing to lift and getting ready for school to start on Jan. 21. However, I have decided to change focus to bodybuilding instead of powerlifting. I think this will save my joints.

Hey Isom, sorry I didnt see ya before we moved. Things got very hectic. Anyway, things are great and I working out hard and staying healthy. I finally, got my diet down just right!
You're obviously not watching it if you have time to be monitoring my internet activities. I told you that I am my own boss. Once you understand that, things will be cool between us. No seriously, I am just blogging on myspace and chatting on here. As long as you watch the debate, we'll be cool.
