Hey Mavis, I've been waiting for you to get involved in the conversations...Thanks for the compliments on the site. It is absolutely, positively in my plans to incorporate "out of towners" into the program. In fact that is one of the reasons behind structuring this site as such. We will discuss this in more detail at our first trainers meeting for the new season. It will be in mid-November. I'll surely keep you posted.
Morning Mavis,
Thanks. I wish you guys continued success as you press forward uplifting one another in rough times as well as the smooth ones. Remember your 'Alabama' family is praying and supporting you ALL from a distance.
Hey Mavis! Welcome to the Choose 2 Lose Network. Great page! Thanks for your committment to the program. I love the chemistry of our staff!

Tell us more about you, the things that you want the world to know!
I am very passionate about weight loss and then maintaining it once it comes off. I believe that our bodies are our temples and what we put in them is a reflection of what we think of ourselves. I've been on this journey for a long time and I can truly say that it's not easy but it's been worth every effect that I put into it.
