What are some of the things that you would like to achieve during your Choose 2 Lose experience: It is my mission to assist others in acheiving their fitness potential. It is further my desire to expand the Choose 2 Lose experience to cities and states abroad.

"PARTICIPANTS ONLY" ONE WEIGH-IN REMAINING!

Tonight's weigh-in was "bitter Sweet" to say the least. I am extremely pleased with every one's weight lost. However, the evenings encounter was somewhat sour! Of course not sour in a bad way but more so in a joyous way. I realized that we only have one weigh-in remaining. Getting Ready For Choose 2 Lose 3

As we launch our new sites for the Choose 2 Lose program I cant help but get excited about the third program that is quickly approaching. The Choose 2 Lose programs thus far have been a HUGE successes. I am totally blown away by the excitement, drive, and dedication exuded by each of the Participants.
