What are some of the things that you would like to achieve during your Choose 2 Lose experience
Well...this time around, I want to make sure that I continue the healthy habits I learn between the sessions. I think I do a pretty good job of doing that, I just would like to start out the new season convincing Tanita that I've been working hard in the mean time....
What type of work do you do?
I teach Kindergarten...and I'm using my new energy to be more active with my kids...I also fake it and use them to sneak in minutes of cardio by doing "happy dances" for 5 or more minutes...
Tell us more about you, the things that you want the world to know!
Well...I'm a 3rd round C2L participant...and though I haven't been as successful as I'd like to be...I know that I can make the best of these last few weeks. I told myself that I needed to learn how to do it on my own...but that's what people do once they reach the maintenance phase....so..I've got a few more rounds of choose 2 lose before I'm there....so as long as he has them for the next few months...I'll try my best to be in them...
