I am just checking on you! I hope all is well. I can't wait to get back to my exercising. My right leg/knee is still getting medical attention; however,this too shall pass! LOL! When I do come back, I'll be sure to try your class again. (smile) You can't get rid of me that easy.

Hey Isom, man I feel much better now for some reason I was feeling ill but hopefully I will do better on the next wrkout, besides that being the only guy I can't be punking out right lol! My body gotta get adjusted and I must change my diet, one thing I was going to ask is that by me being a trk driver do you have any ideas on the type of snack foods I can have that won't interfere with me trying to lose weight?

Well, things are great! Just continuing to lift and getting ready for school to start on Jan. 21. However, I have decided to change focus to bodybuilding instead of powerlifting. I think this will save my joints.

I have been in the Fitness arena for many years. I enjoy working with and helping people to get fit. This is my passion. Our Father in Heaven provided everyone with special talent and I believe helping others is what He created for me.
