I understand how you feel. I eat when I'm bored or upset, hopefully you didn't gain weight and if you did its ok we just gotta pick ourselves up and start over again. See you Saturday!!
I read your post to Mrs. Bird ealier. We all have bad days, some of us have bad months. However, it's not so much about the bad days it's about how we pull ourselves out of it and move forward. I go through a depression every year around Thanksgiving. That's the time I lost my grandmother. So for about two months I am really depressed. The scale reminds me of it when I get on it. However, when Jan comes, I pull myself together and remember why I do what I do. It's because I don't want to suffer like she did. Keep your head up and don't let a couple of bad days get you down. Be encourage and know that you have people that support you and are cheering for your success.

I LOVE THE LORD!!!! I AM A MEMBER OF GETHSEMANE WORSHIP CENTER, WHERE BISHOP FREDERICK WILLIAMS, SR. IS MY PASTOR. I SING ON THE PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM, IN THE SANCTUARY CHOIR AND THE VOICES OF TRIUMPH. I AM ALSO ONE OF THE CHOIR DIRECTORS. I AM PRESIDENT OF YAM (YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY).
