My personality is of one that if I truly believe in something, everyone will know because every opportunity that I have to share and promote I will. No one could have ever convinced me that I could take on the challenge that I did through Choose 2 Lose and truly be proud of my results today. People in my network encouraged me, supported me, and even began to take on the structural habits that I gained through Choose 2 Lose. What an awesome program! What I want the world to know that living a healthy and stressless life is worth the sacrifice. For those of you who don't think that you can commit to an early bird or late evening workout, you can. Once you began to feel and see the results it becomes your way of life.
