Choose 2 Lose

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
* *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Collards, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
* garlic pepper, 3 serving (remove)
* mrs. dash tomato basil, 3 serving (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Canadian Bacon, 3 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) (remove)


Directions

Cut chicken breast in half and season with Mrs. Dash and Garlic Pepper, if desired.
Take a Tablespoon of olive oil (or olive oil spray) and heat in fryer. Cook on both sides, but not until cooked fully.
Spray cooking spray (olive oil in baking dish) and place chicken in dish.
Saute onion and collards in fryer until onions brown. Add garlic pepper seasoning.
Stuff collards and onion inside chicken and place 1 slice of Canadian Bacon on top of each piece of chicken (if desired). Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
