Choose 2 Lose

The first C2L session of 2009 is "up and running". Along with that comes the expected soreness associated with beginning a new fitness regimen. However, besides the aching muscles, doesn't it feel good? Doesn't it feel good to know that you have embarked upon an endeavor that can change your life forever? Doesn't it feel good to know that you are doing what many "TALK" about but only few "BE" about? (I know that's not grammatically correct but it fits perfectly). Doesn't it feel good when you attempt to raise your arms and by way of mild discomfort your shoulders say "Excuse me, you worked-out last night?" LOL. Doesn't it feel good when you try to stand up but instead you have to shake your head, sit down and regroup because your legs said NO! Doesn't it feel good to know that after a few days the soreness will dissipate and your body will soon become acclimated to exercise? WOOO WHOOO! I am excited about our journey together and I FEEL GOOD!! How do you feel?

Congratulations to all on your new or enhanced commitment to health and fitness.

Hey Matt,
I feel supergoodgreat! Besides the fact that my legs are like noodles after 30 minutes on the Summit trainer at lunch time, I feel fantastic. A little discomfort for a few days is worth the results for a lifetime. Let's do this!

Hey Matt

If you really wanna know how I feel let me tell you. Every muscle in my body hurt right now, but guess what, that still did not stop me from going to the gym. I guess this is the push I needed to keep going. God does have a way of putting us in the right place at the right time. This is my time and it does feel good!!!!!!

Well for the first class I didnt expect all the intensity. Y'all didnt play with us at all.....and that's what was soooo funny, i couldn't stop laughing.(until my never used muscles burned) I was in a state of "SHOCK", I know for the first 15 minutes. No one warned me. Question, was i apart to scared straight????...and didn't know it. (can u say boot camp!)
