Well...once upon a time...I tried to get in extra cardio....but geez....some days it's taking all I can to get in what I can...but I do try to do more at work...instead of asking someone to get something for me...I do it...and I do take that long walk to the office sometimes....or...hey...get in some squats while I'm teaching....dance for 5 or 10 minutes at a time with my kids at school....and....definitely...if nothing else...I TRY to stay positive...that's such a training secret...:)
