Choose 2 Lose

I am interested in knowing what types of strategies, you as a participant of Choose 2 Lose, have put in place to ensure that you are getting all that you can out of the Choose 2 Lose program.

Well...once upon a time...I tried to get in extra cardio....but geez....some days it's taking all I can to get in what I can...but I do try to do more at work...instead of asking someone to get something for me...I do it...and I do take that long walk to the office sometimes....or...hey...get in some squats while I'm teaching....dance for 5 or 10 minutes at a time with my kids at school....and....definitely...if nothing else...I TRY to stay positive...that's such a training secret...:)

What I'm learning is that I have to get enough sleep. If I don't get enough sleep, I have no energy. Besides staying up late makes me start to crave. I can't crave in my sleep!

I am surprise you said squats. I thought you hated them, but since you put it out there, I will keep it in mind for the future. Great job on keeping yourself motivated and coming up with ways to get your cardio in. You are absolutely correct about trying to stay positive. Just remember what I told you all before - there are enemies in your camp (family, friends, significant others and your co-workers). You have to remain viligant on this journey and you are doing a great job,
